Coaching is about engaging with an ally who will help you clear through the mental ‘fog’ that clouds some of your decision making so that you can move forward with some concrete actionable plans. Coaches do not dispense advice – rather, a good coach helps you to (re)discover your own resources and provides you with encouragement and clarity.
Specific to career advisory and coaching, I can support you in all areas of career development including career planning and transitioning, resume crafting, network building, and interviewing preparation.
In our first meeting, we decide what areas you wish to address and how we will work together. Depending on the scope, we will arrange to meet on a specific day and time for a number of sessions. Sessions together will generally be 50 minutes long.
For added convenience and privacy, I am happy to conduct coaching sessions online, and in some instances, we can arrange for home or office visits.
Coaching sessions are confidential.
